Federal Judge Daniel Martin of Illinois is an irresponsible louse who has committed an act of gross ignorance and betrayal in time of war.
Abdella Ahmad Tounisi, 18, of Aurora, Illinois, was arrested last month as he was preparing to board an airplane to go overseas and join an Al Qaeda-affiliated Jihadist group.
So what does Judge Martin do?
He releases the man on home confinement.
This reckless and irresponsible decision should not go unnoticed.
Not surprisingly, Martin is an Obama appointee. Someone needs to bring impeachment charges against Judge Martin immediately.
Judge Martin evidently believes that a stern “talking to” is enough to intimidate someone who was looking to join Al Qaeda…
